We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times vary by location. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Returns

For the safety of your pets, food and treat items are generally not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
